• We accept payments via Cash on Delivery, Easypaisa, JazzCash, and bank transfer.

• Full payment is required before shipping (except for COD orders).

• Fake or fraudulent orders will be reported and permanently blocked.

🚚 3. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery time is 2–7 working days depending on your location in Pakistan.

• Delivery charges may apply and will be shown at checkout.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or holidays.

🔄 4. Return & Exchange Policy

• We accept returns/exchanges within 3 days of delivery only if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.

  • The wrong item was sent.

• Items must be unused and in original packaging.

• Refunds are made via Easypaisa or bank transfer.

• No returns on beauty or personal care items for hygiene reasons.

• You can cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting us immediately.

• Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

• We reserve the right to cancel suspicious or abusive orders.
