🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

We have a strict no-excuse policy for returns. Returns are accepted only if:

✅ You receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item
✅ You inform us within 3 days of receiving the product
✅ The item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition

❌ We DO NOT accept returns if:

• You change your mind after delivery

• The product is opened or used

• You ordered the wrong item by mistake

• The return request is made after 3 days

• It’s a beauty/personal care item (for hygiene reasons)

📸 Proof (pictures/videos) must be provided at the time of return request.

💸 Refund Policy

• Refunds will be made via Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer.

• Delivery charges are non-refundable.
